This is SO easy and my family loves it!
This can be prepared the day before and heated on stove top at low temp.

Ingredients

1/2 c
minced onion
1/4 c
butter
4 oz
sliced mushrooms, drained
2 or 3 lb
boneless beef sirloin
1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
(10 3/4 oz) beef broth
1/3 c
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
pepper
8 oz
sour cream
fresh parsley, minced
16 oz
noodles, cooked

Directions Step-By-Step

Sauté onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes or until transparent; stir in mushrooms.

Add beef and cook until browned. (Allow to simmer 30 minutes at low heat for very tender meat)

Add cream of chicken soup, beef broth, flour, salt, paprika, pepper to Beef mixture, stirring well. Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream; cook over low heat just until thoroughly heated.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot cooked noodles.
