Cut steak into serving pieces and pound thin. Mix flour, onion powder and salt and pepper, to taste. Dredge meat in flour mixture,
Brown the meat with oil in large skillet. Pour off any excess liquid and add tomatoes, oregano, mustard, garlic and parsley. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
Serve with rice, noodles or a baked potato and side salad. Enjoy!
