Step-By-Step

1Pour pineapple juice over flank steak in non-metallic dish.
2Cover; marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator.
3Discard marinade.
4Grill or broil steak with peppers, onion for 15 minutes for medium rare or until vegetables are tender.
5Divide steak and vegetables and cheese among 4 (8 inch) flour tortilla.
6Roll up.
