- white onion, chopped
- 1 can(s)
- condensed tomato soup
- 2 c
- shredded cheddar cheese (colby jack works really well too!)
- 3 c
- white minute rice, cooked
- garlic (optional)
- salt and pepper
1In a skillet, brown Hamburger and onion until cooked(at this point you can add green bell pepper). Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
After you have drained the meat, return to pan and add soup and 1 1/2 cup of cheese and mix until the cheese is melted. Pour into an 9 x13 casserole.
2Cook rice (can use leftover rice from another night) Pour rice on top of meat mixture. Top rice with the rest of the cheese, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
3Put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with a nice green salad and some garlic bread and watch it disappear!!!
