|1||stalk celery, thinly sliced..optional|
|1 1/4 tsp||salt|
|1/2 tsp||worcestershire sauce|
|1/4 tsp||thyme leaves|
|1/8 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 pkg||brown and serve rolls|
|1 c||shredded chedder cheese..i prefer sharp|
|1/4 c||softened butter or margarine|

All 3 of my kids loved this growing up and request it when they come to visit. When I tell people whats in it, they give me the yuck face, but once they try it, they like it and want the recipe.
Brown beef, celery and onion til brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, mix together cheese and butter til mixed. Split each brown and serve roll and spread alteast 1 tbl. of sheese mixture on each one, replace tops. Heat on cookie sheet til cheese melts, about 8-10 minutes.
* I usually double this whole recipe, including rolls..everyone loves dipping thier cheesy rolls in the juice of the stew.
