Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 box
beef rice a roni
1 large
tomato
4 c
lettuce
4 c
cheese (i like the 4 cheese mexican blend)
1/2 gal
freezer bag of crushed nacho cheese doritos
sour cream
taco sauce or salsa of your choice

Directions Step-By-Step

1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef; drain. Remove from skillet; set aside.

2. In same skillet over medium heat, saute rice-vermicelli mix with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown.

3. Mix the rice and ground beef together.

4. Crush Doritos.

5. Add your toppings. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, taco sauce, Doritos, or whatever you like!
