Aurora's StoryThis is an easy weeknight meal I make at least twice a month. Serve with a green salad and you've got a meal!
bell peppers, chopped
red onion, chopped
steak, sliced paper thin (i use sirloin)
a-1 steak sauce
heinz 57 steak sauce
steak rolls or hoagies
provolone cheese or cheez whiz
1In a saute pan over medium-high heat, sweat the peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
2Add steak slices. Season with garlic salt.
3Add both steak sauces and the worcestershire. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until sauce reduces to the thickness of your liking.
4Serve on steak rolls with cheese.
5**NOTE: The peppers and onions make a prettier presentation when they are sliced into strips, but are FAR easier to eat with they are diced.
