Pot Roast to die for!

This is one easy, easy, WONDERFUL recipe. I don't remember where I got it, but I have shared it with a chef. He tried it and said it quickly became a favorite.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 medium
beef roast (my favorite is chuck roast)
1 pkg
dry brown gravy mix
1 pkg
hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg
italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Place roast in the bottom of slow cooker.
2Sprinkle with gravy, Hidden Valley mix and Italian salad dressing mix. Pour water (can add up to 1 cup, if desired) over the meat and seasonings.
3Cook on slow for 3 1/2 to 4 hrs, until meat is tender, but not falling apart. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy. YUM!
