- 2 lb
- beef chuck roast or london broil
- 1 can(s)
- cream mushroom or celery soup
- 1 pkg
- dry onion soup mix
- 6 dash(es)
- worcestershire sauce
1Sear your roast or whatever type of meat you are using on both sides then put in crock pot. Spread cream of soup over roast. Sprinkle the 6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce on top.
2Then put 1 enevelope of dry onion soup mix over that, put lid on and turn on high till starts to boil. Turn down on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Pending on your slow cooker should be fork tender or falling apart maybe sooner.
