Poppin' Fresh Barbe - Cups

These little Barbe-cups are idea for a ladies luncheon or game night. I love to serve these with a fresh salad and some kind of fruit salad....it's a delicious & simple way to serve up a colorful meal that makes food look good and inviting without going to a lot of trouble!

3/4 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
kraft barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
instant minced onion
1 can(s)
pillsbury tenderflake biscuits
3/4 c
grated cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

In large skillet, brown beef & drain. Add barbecue sauce, sugar, & onions. Separate dough biscuits. Place each biscuit in ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up to edge of cups. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Bake @ 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle each with cheese. Return back to oven till cheese melts. These are simple to make and yummy!
