Grind together bologna and 3 ounces of cheddar cheese. Cook ground beef until browned lightly. Pour off drippings; add ground bologna and cheese, spaghetti sauce, italian seasoning, salt, oregano and sage to beef. Mix until blended; don't over mix. Spread 1/4 cup of mixture on toasted side of each bun. Cut each cheese slice into 4 strips. Place 2 cheese strips crisscross on each sandwich. Bake at 450 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. Yields 6 servings, 2 pizzas each.
