Ingredients

1 lb ground beef/sirloin
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c steak sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg mushrooms, sliced
provolone cheese, sliced or presliced
salt and pepper to taste
buns/rolls

While broiler is preheating, brown beef over med-high heat. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; cook another 3-4 minutes, until tender.

Stir in steak sauce, beef stock, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a bubble and cook apx 2 minutes.

Place cheese slice on split rolls and place under broiler.

While the cheesy side of the bun is broiling, scoop meat onto the bottom half of the bun. Drizzle with additional steak sauce then top with the broiled half of the bun!

In the directions, u mention beef stock...its nit in the ingredients..,how

Thank u...is this one of the type of recipes that taste even better the next day, or fresh...I'm doing a bunch of meals this weekend for the week and to share with a cancer ridden friend.

It is better when you make that day & eat it but you can freeze it & reuse still taste good.
