provolone cheese, sliced or presliced
salt and pepper to taste
1While broiler is preheating, brown beef over med-high heat. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms; cook another 3-4 minutes, until tender.
2Stir in steak sauce, beef stock, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a bubble and cook apx 2 minutes.
3Place cheese slice on split rolls and place under broiler.
4While the cheesy side of the bun is broiling, scoop meat onto the bottom half of the bun. Drizzle with additional steak sauce then top with the broiled half of the bun!
