1 cyellow/red peppers (cut into strips)

2 cgreen bell peppers ( cut into strips)

1/4 conions (sliced)

1/2 csliced fresh mushrooms

3 ozprovolone cheese

3 ozswiss cheese

1 Tbspsteak seasoning

1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make philly cheese steak skillet

1Saute veg in the olive oil until soft. Remove from pan.

2Add the meat into the same pan. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and brown.

3Add the veg into the browned meat, mix well.

4Sprinkle the cheese over, then place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and browned.

5Serve over lettuce, rice or on buns.
