shredded parmesan cheese
milk or half and half (half and half makes it creamier)
steaks (we use rib eye)
salt & pepper
1Season Steaks to liking and grill to preferred doneness.
2In a frying pan, If using tail on, remove the shells. Saute shrimp until lightly brown on both sides.
3In a sauce pan, mix half the salt & pepper, Cajan and creole seasoning with the Parmesan and half & half. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
4Place on Steak on the plate, Cover with shrimp and add the sauce over it. Any side will go with it. Serve, and enjoy.
