|1 1/2 lb||beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|4 medium||carrots,cut into 1/2 inch slices|
|3 medium||red potatoes, unpeeled,cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|1 large||onion,cut into 1 inch pieces|
|3 c||vegetable juice cocktail|
|3 Tbsp||quick cooking tapioca|
|3 tsp||beef flavored instant bouillon|
|2 tsp||worcestershire sauce|
In 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients, mix well.
Cover;cook on low setting for 9 to 10 hours.
