Warm Beef Stew on a cold afternoon!
1 1/2 lb
beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
carrots,cut into 1/2 inch slices
red potatoes, unpeeled,cut into 1/2 inch cubes
onion,cut into 1 inch pieces
vegetable juice cocktail
quick cooking tapioca
beef flavored instant bouillon
1In 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients, mix well.
2Cover;cook on low setting for 9 to 10 hours.
