OH so easy Meatloaf

I lost my family recipe for meatloaf and had to come up with a new one. I hate chopping veggies so I made it easy on myself. It was very tasty and the family loved it. I hope you do, too.

Ingredients

lbs. ground beef
2
eggs
1 1/2
cups bread crumbs
3/4
cup ketchup
1
rounded tsp. garlic powder
1
tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1
heaping tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2
cup warm water
1
package liption onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1Mix all the wet ingredients and spices in a medium bowl. Mix well.
2Pour into ground beef and turn with your fingers. Do not squeeze the meat. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and turn once again until thoroughly mixed.
3Shape into an oval and place in a 13x9 pan. Frost with ketchup and bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes OR until temperature reaches 165 degrees with meat thermometer.
