We found this recipe in a garage sale find. It took us awhile to getting around to making it, but I can't stress enough that this IS WONDERFUL! Think of all of your fondest memories of Mom's roast, then imagine it BETTER. That's this recipe.
Put everything in a plastic baking bag. Seal tight; pierce a few holes in baking bag to let out steam. Put bag in roaster or large cake pan. Bake 5 hours at 250*F. DO NOT PEEK WHILE BAKING. Remove and serve hot.
