I thought it was about time I share them with the world!
and my friends on JAP.
My recipe is over 50 years old.
I often freeze them, so they are ready to add to pasta sauce, creamed gravy & noodles or
just a meatball sandwich.
They will be cooked and ready to go. Enjoy..Nancy....10/4/12
In a large bowl combine the egg,
milk, onion, cheese & cracker crumbs.
mix well with your clean washed hands & nails..
Remember to remove your rings...
Shape into golf ball size meat balls.
Place on a baking pan, with a small raised edge.
Bake turn once, gently.
COOKED meatball temperature should be....160F.
