Ingredients For mushroom meatloaf

1 can(3 oz) broiled chopped mushrooms

1slightly beaten egg

1 tspsalt

1 dashpepper

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 Tbsplight corn syrup

pimiento strips
-
milk
-
1 1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspdry mustard
-
1 1/2 csoft bread crumbs

How To Make mushroom meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350F Drain chopped mushrooms, reserve the liquid. Add enough milk to the mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup

2Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs. Let stand about 5 minutes.

3Stir in beef and chopped mushrooms, mix lightly but thoroughly.

4Bake 1 hour in a 13x9x2 inch loaf pan. Combine catsup and corn syrup; brush on meatloaf. Bake 15 minutes more.

5Garnish with mushrooms and pimiento.
