hamburger, made into patties
Make hamburger into desired amount of patties. Season to taste. I lightly salt, pepper and sometimes use garlic powder Cook in medium pan.
When patties are done, remove and keep warm. Drain fat but keep bits in bottom of pan. Add about 1/4 cup of water and scrap bits off bottom of pan. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until blended.
I serve patties with mashed potatoes, the mushroom gravy and green beans. Sometimes my husband would rather have rice rather than potatoes, that is just as yummy.
