Mom's Meat Loaf

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1/2 lb
ground pork
1 c
minced onion
1/2 c
ketchup
1/2 c
seasoned dry breadcrumbs
2
eggs
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
dried oregano
2 tsp
dried basil
1.5 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
pepper, ground

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350.
2By hand, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
3Pack the mixture into a 9-x-5-3-inch loaf pan.
4Bake for about 1 1/4 hours or until the meat loaf is firm to the touch in the center, golden brown on the top and has pulled away from the sides of the pan.
5Transfer to a platter.
6Cut crosswise into slices.
