white onion chopped

lipton onion soup mix

tomatoe soup
1 can(s)
can of tomatoe sauce
1 c
oatmeal uncooked

2/3 c
1/8 c
brown sugar
1/8 tsp
cayenne red pepper
1 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix in a large bowl hamburger meat, pkg of lipton onion soup mix, tomatoe sauce, chopped onion, oatmeal, sea salt and black pepper.
In a separate small bowl mix milk and eggs together and pour into meat mixture.
Mix all the following ingredients with a fork and pour into baking dish and shape meat loaf. Mix 1 can of tomatoe soup and cayenne pepper together with brown sugar. Pour over the top of meatloaf and bake for one hour. When meat loaf has cooked for one hour repeat tomatoe soup, brown sugar and cayenne. Cook for 10 more minutes until the sauce is warm and serve.
