This is a great dish for a cold, wintry day! It isn't too spicey and is just right! ENJOY!

1 lb
ground beef, browned and drained
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
6 oz. evaporated milk
1 can(s)
enchilada sauce
1 - 2 c
grated cheddar cheese
tostitos

Directions Step-By-Step

350 degree oven; 9 x 13" pan.
Layer Tostitos in bottom of pan; mix beef, soup, milk, and enchilada sauce together and cook until bubbly. Pour over Tostito chips, sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Very good!
