Meatballs in Mushroom Sauce
water (from soup can)
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs,onions, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper thoroughly. Form into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Clean mushrooms thoroughly and slice. Saute lightly in butter.
Alternate layers of meatballs and mushrooms in slow cooker. Add mushroom soup diluted with water.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until thoroughly heated.
