This easy recipe has been one of my families' favorites for over 25 years. It is often requested as one of those "celebration" meals.

Ingredients

1
beef flank steak
1/3 c
vegetable oil
1/3 c
soy sauce
1/3 c
dry sherry
3 clove
chopped garlic
2 tsp
chopped fresh ginger
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
3
chopped scallions

Step-By-Step

1Place flank steak in a zip-lock plastic bag.
Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and pour over flank steak.
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Overnight is better.
Grill over hot coals. let rest for 10 minutes. Cut in thin slices on the diagonal.
Enjoy!
Serve with a baked potato, salad, and garlic bread for the perfect meal!
