red wine vinegar and oil salad dressing
lemon zest, grated
Combine all ingredients together and add to meat. Let marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
I used a store bought Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil salad dressing with herbs but you could also make your own. I also used a store bought pesto because my basil isn't large enough to use yet.
Add as much or as little garlic as you like.
