Marinade for steak

- 3/4 c
- red wine vinegar and oil salad dressing
- 3 Tbsp
- basil pesto
- 1 1/2 tsp
- lemon zest, grated
- minced garlic
1Combine all ingredients together and add to meat. Let marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2I used a store bought Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil salad dressing with herbs but you could also make your own. I also used a store bought pesto because my basil isn't large enough to use yet.
3Add as much or as little garlic as you like.
