velveeta

COOK MACARONI, PLACE IN BAKING DISH 9X13, THEN COVER WITH MILK/EGG MIXED. THEN PLACE SLICES OF VELVEETA ON TOP TO COVER.

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
diced onions
1/2 c
diced green peppers

BROWN BEEF, ONION AND GREEN PEPPER. DRAIN GREASE AND RETURN TO PAN.

tomato special (tomatoes w/onions and green peppers)
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/4 tsp
garlic salt

mushroom pieces

SIMMER BEEF MIX WITH THE ABOVE INGRIEDIENTS--SIMMER 15 MINUTES. THEN POUR OVER MAC AND CHEESE. TOP WITH MOZZARELLA.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES. ALLOW TO SIT FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN CUT AND ENJOY. I MAKE A SALAD AND INCLUDE BREAD FOR A COMPLETE MEAL!!
