Ingredients

lean ground beef
2 c
cabbage, shredded

green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp
caraway seeds, optional

Step-By-Step

1Throroughly combine all ingredients.
2Shape into round loaf.
3Place accessory meat rack in crockpot.
4Place meat loaf on rack.
5Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.
6Recipe may be doubled for larger crockpots.
