Lasagna to Go
|Serves:||makes 12 snacks|
|1/2 lb||lean ground beef or turkey|
|a dash(es)||each basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper or to taste|
|4 c||bisquick baking mix|
|1/2 c||tomato juice or water|
|1 3/4 c||shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1 3/4 c||grated parmesan cheese|
|3/4 c||ricotta cheese|
|1 c||your favorite pasta sauce|
|basil for garnish|

This recipe is so fast and easy to prepare- I just knew there were others who would enjoy this recipe- It's Italian- what's not to like!!

Brown beef or turkey and season with basil,garlic,powder, salt and pepper. Drain.Set aside.
Sprinkle a little Parmesan, ricotta and mozzarella cheese in each cup. Top with a little meat and pasta sauce.
Repeat layers, ending with pasta sauce. Top each cup with remaining cheeses.
Remove from oven and cool for 4 minutes. Use a table knife to loosen then pop each lasagna out.
Garnish with basil if desired or sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
