This recipe is so fast and easy to prepare- I just knew there were others who would enjoy this recipe- It's Italian- what's not to like!!

lean ground beef or turkey
each basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper or to taste
bisquick baking mix
tomato juice or water
1 3/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 3/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
your favorite pasta sauce
basil for garnish
1Preheat oven to 375^. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
Brown beef or turkey and season with basil,garlic,powder, salt and pepper. Drain.Set aside.
2In a medium bowl mix the bisquick and juice or water until blended. The mixture will be thick like pizza dough. Press an equal amount of dough in each muffin cup and press slightly up the sides.
3Reserve 3/4 cup of each the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese for the top of the lasagna.
Sprinkle a little Parmesan, ricotta and mozzarella cheese in each cup. Top with a little meat and pasta sauce.
Repeat layers, ending with pasta sauce. Top each cup with remaining cheeses.
