Ali's Short Ribs, Korean Style

sesame seed, toasted
garlic, finely chopped
2 or 3
green onions, chopped
** NOTE** Allow at least two hours for marinating.
Toast sesame seeds in oven for a few minutes, until lightly brown.
Combine shoyu, water, sugar, tabasco, garlic, and sesame seeds.
Pour sauce into large plastic bag, add ribs. Marinate for 2 hours.
Place ribs on baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil).
Broil 2" from heat (turning over once) for about 15 minutes, or until ribs are brown and crisp on all sides.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve with rice, of course.
