Ingredients

1 Tbsp
sesame seed, toasted
1/2 c
shoyu (soy sauce)
1/4 c
water
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
tabasco sauce
1 clove
garlic, finely chopped
4 lb
beef short ribs
2 or 3
green onions, chopped

Step-By-Step

1** NOTE** Allow at least two hours for marinating.

Toast sesame seeds in oven for a few minutes, until lightly brown.
Chop garlic.
2Combine shoyu, water, sugar, tabasco, garlic, and sesame seeds.
3Pour sauce into large plastic bag, add ribs. Marinate for 2 hours.
4Place ribs on baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil).
5Broil 2" from heat (turning over once) for about 15 minutes, or until ribs are brown and crisp on all sides.
6Garnish with chopped green onions.
7Serve with rice, of course.
Totally yum-a-licious.
