Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix onion soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix well and let set about 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator covered.
Add onions, ground beef, to refrigerated mix and need until well blended. Form into a loaf shape and put on a 13 x 9 cookie sheet.
Put loaf in the oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done. Let set for 3 to 5 minutes and then cut and serve.
