Thedford's Notes:

For you guys who like to grill, this one is for you.
This is so easy and so simple. If you are a hamburger lover like my family and I are, you will love this.

Get creative and mix up different seasonings if you like. This technique is terrific and can carry an array of flavors!

Directions

1
Mix the ingredents in a large mixing bowl and form your burgers. I like to make 3 burgers per pound.
For best results, cook your burgers on an outdoor gas or charcoal grill. Cook until medium.
2
Just add your buns and favorite toppins and you are set.
(I figure 1/2 cup of water per pound of ground beef. Adjust your seasoning for the amount of burgers)
Sometimes I leave the steak seasoning out and just go with the salt and pepper. The secret to the juiciest burger is the water.

Used the water secret at noon, but just cooked the burgers in a frying pan. Made a big difference. Thanks.

I learned this trick of adding water from Paula Deen and it really works. Other types of steak seasonings work well to.

This water "secret" also works with ground turkey for turkey burgers, too - sooo juicy. It makes a wonderful lower fat mushroom and Swiss bacon burger (by using turkey bacon, ground turkey, and Sargento lower fat Swiss cheese - I saw Rachael Rae make one and tried it.)

it is also very good to wet a slice of white bread and mix with the meat, it makes a nice texture and helps hold the moisture.
