this a recipe I found in a our local newspaper recipes. its very simple and fast.

Ingredients For jambalaya rice cooker

1 lbground beef
-
one 10 ozcan of beef broth

one 41/2 oz(with juice) mushrooms
-
1 mdchopped onion
-
1/2 mdchopped bell pepper
-
1/3 craw rice
-
1/4 cwater
-
salt to taste
-
pepper to taste
How To Make jambalaya rice cooker

1Cook in rice cooker. When done stir in parsley and green onion tops. I put margarine and seasoning in first then meat and saute these a littele before adding other ingredients.

2Note:May use shrimp,crab,crawfish,sausage or chicken in place og ground meat.If these have been cooked please adjust salt accordingly.
