Ingredients

2 lb
lean ground beef
1 lb
italian sausage
1 1/2 c
cracker crumbs
2
eggs, beaten
1 medium
onion, chopped
1
bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
oregano
1
clove garlic, minced
1 c
pizza sauce

FILLING INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb
boiled ham, thinly sliced
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can(s)
mushrooms (8 ounces), drained

Step-By-Step

1Mix first eleven ingredients together.

2Reserve 1/4 cup pizza sauce.

3On a large sheet of wax paper, pat meat into a 10 x 13" rectangle.

4Arrange ham on top of meat mixture, leaving a small margin.

5Spread mushrooms over ham.

6Sprinkle cheese over all.

7Reserve small amount of cheese.

8Start at 10" size and roll meat like a jelly roll.

9Use wax paper to lift.

10When rolled tightly, seal edges.

11Place seam side down in a 9 x 13" pan.

12Brush with reserved pizza sauce.

13Bake 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees, 10 minutes.

14Before done, sprinkle reserved cheese over and finish baking.
