Ingredients

1 1/4 lb
ground beef
1 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
salt
26 oz
spaghetti sauce
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
sour cream
1 c
chopped onions
1/2 lb
wide noodles, cooked
3/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c
ricotta or cottage cheese

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef; then add garlic, salt and spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

2While that simmers, beat together cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, and sour cream at low speed, until smooth.
Add in onions, then stir to combine.

3In a greased 9 X 13 inch pan, layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, then spaghetti sauce and top with 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.

4Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Remove from oven, cover and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
