My family LOVES this beef recipe. I always make 2 roasts and freeze it for later, but it never lasts that long!!!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

3-4 lb
beef chuck roast
1 c
pepperchinis or banana peppers
1/2 c
white vinegar
4-6
beef bouillon, cubes
1 pkg
dry italian salad dressing (hidden valley)
1 pkg
round crusty rolls

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Slow cook for 8 hours. Break apart when roast cooks. Serve on rolls with provolone cheese slices

2If you like a little spice, use pepperchinis. My family likes banana peppers so there is a little tang to it.
