When I was growing up in Iowa it was always special to travel north to visit relatives and stop along the way to have Maidrite Sandwiches. This is my version of those wonderful treats. My family likes them I hope you do to.

groun beef
1 can(s)
14 oz can beef broth
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown hamburger over medium heat making sure to break the meat up. Once meat is browned drain off all liquid and fat. Return meat to stove over medium heat and pour broth over the the top. Cook meat and broth down so that meat is just moist.
Using a slotted spoon scoop out of skillet onto a bun and wrap in waxed paper to keep the meat from spilling out. Serve with you favorite condiments and side dishes.
