Ingredients For homemade chili

4 lbground chuck

3 lgonions, chopped

2 mdbell peppers, chopped

3celery stalks, diced

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 1/2 ozchili powder
-
4 Tbspcumin
-
1 tspgarlic salt

1 tsponion powder
-
1 tspmrs. dash seasoning

8 Tbspflour
-
1/2 ccool water
-
1 canbeef broth
-
1 canpinto beans, ranch style
How To Make homemade chili

1Brown meat in a dutch oven sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Drain any grease.

2Add onions, bell pepper, and celery. Cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat or until wilted. Add minced garlic, chopped jalapeno,chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, onion powder, and Mrs. Dash. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.

3Blend flour in water until thoroughly dissolved. Add to meat mixture. Add beef broth and mix well. Cook for 20 minutes.

4Add beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
