For your outdoor barbecue parties, finger-licking good chinese-style baby back ribs. These ribs are so yummy, everyone will be asking for more!!!

Ingredients

5 lb
baby back ribs
2
inch pieces fresh ginger, sliced
1 tsp
fresh ginger, grated
1 c
sugar
1 c
ketchup
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
oyster sauce
1/3 c
hoisin sauce
2 clove
garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp
sake ( japanese rice wine)
white toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Cut rack of ribs into 2-segments pieces.
2Place into a large stockpot with the sliced ginger, cover with water and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
3Remove the ribs from the pot into a roasting pan.
4Combine the remaining ingredients.
5Marinate ribs in the sauce for 4 to 5 hours, place in the refrigerator.
6Broil or grill ribs, sprinkle white sesame seeds.
7Makes 10 servings.
