Ingredients For hg spicy asian meatballs

  • MEATBALLS:
  • 1 lb
    ground beef, the leanest you can get
  • 1/2 c
    scallions, sliced
  • 1 x lg
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • SAUCE:
  • 1/4 c
    asian chili garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar, seasoned
  • 2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp
    dark brown sugar

How To Make hg spicy asian meatballs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

    Thoroughly mix meatball ingredients in a large bowl. With a large or small ice cream scooper (your choice) firmly & evenly form into 24 meatballs & place them on the baking sheet, evenly spaced. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Gently flip meatballs. Bake until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, place sauce ingredients in another large bowl & whisk until uniform.

    Add cooked meatballs to the sauce in the large bowl & gently toss to coat.
