1 lbground beef, the leanest you can get

1/2 cscallions, sliced

1 x lgegg
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspginger powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
- SAUCE:
-
1/4 casian chili garlic sauce
-
2 Tbsprice vinegar, seasoned
-
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
-
2 tspdark brown sugar
How To Make hg spicy asian meatballs

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

2Thoroughly mix meatball ingredients in a large bowl. With a large or small ice cream scooper (your choice) firmly & evenly form into 24 meatballs & place them on the baking sheet, evenly spaced. Bake for 10 minutes.

3Gently flip meatballs. Bake until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

4Meanwhile, place sauce ingredients in another large bowl & whisk until uniform.

5Add cooked meatballs to the sauce in the large bowl & gently toss to coat.
