red onion, sliced
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook beef, mushrooms, garlic and onion until beef is just barley browned. Drain fat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Roll crust out to about 14 inch round. Put on pizza stone or parchment lined cookie sheet. Top crust with beef mixture leaving 1 1/2 inches around edge. Fold and tuck edges around filling.
Bake tart 20 minutes or until crest is golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with gorgonzola. Let cool 10 minutes slice into 4ths and eat!
