Hamburger Steaks

Make you some mashed potatoes, use the gravy from the steaks, and it will melt in your mouth.

1 lb
ground chuck
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1 tsp
1 large
egg -- beatened
1/2 c
beef broth
1/4 c
bread crumbs or crackers
2 Tbsp
hot oil
1 small
onion -- diced
1 can(s)
1 pkg
brown gravy mix


1Combine ground beef, seasoned salt, sage, egg, diced onion, bread crumbs, and 1/2 Cup of Beef Broth.
2Mix well, shape into patties.
3Brown on both sides really well and then add them to a casserole pan.
4Top the hamburger steaks with mushrooms and brown gravy.
5Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
