hamburger steak

This is a different kind of steak and the kids would probably eat easier.I have not tryed this yet but looks really easy to make up in a moment's notice.I hope that you will like this recipe.

Ingredients For hamburger steak

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    regular flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 jar
    brown gravy
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion soup mix

How To Make hamburger steak

  • 1
    Mix flour ,salt,pepper;add beef and onion soup mix, make into patties. Brown quickly in skillet with amount of grease . When brown on both sides, drain off the grease and pour beef gravey over the patties.Simmer for about an 1/2 hour and serve.

    FYI** You can serve over cooked rice or serve with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans.
