|1 lb||ground beef|
|2 can(s)||cream of mushroom soup|
|3 c||brown or white rice|
|1 c||cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1/2 small||onions, vidalia, peeled and chopped|
In a skillet add hamburger,onion,add some of the salt & pepper to taste cook till there's no pink,then drain grease off set aside.
While the meat is cooking, in a stir cook your 2 cups of brown or white rice. ( I buy the rice that's in a cooking bag comes 4bags to a box) I use 2 of the bags all you have to do is boil it for 10 min. drain the water then cut open the 2 rice bags and pour in the same stir. Add meat,cream of mushroom soup and remaining salt & pepper to the rice.
once all is mixed add your shredded cheddar cheese cover and let the cheese melt while you fix some side vegetables. Enjoy !
