Ingredients For hamburger pinwheels

1 tspvegetable oil

1 lbground beef, 90% lean

1/2 tspsalt & pepper

1 lgonion, chopped fine

3 Tbspketchup
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce, reduced sodium

1 Tbspmustard, spicy brown

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
2 3/4 cbisquick baking mix
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
-
2/3 cmilk
How To Make hamburger pinwheels

1Adjust oven rack to middle position & preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Line 13" x 9" baking dish with parchment paper & spray with cooking spray. Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium high heat until just smoking. Add beef, salt & pepper & cook, breaking pieces with spoon, until browned, 5 - 7 minutes. Stir in onion & cook, 1 minute. Turn off heat, stir in ketchup, worcestershire & mustard; set aside & cool slightly, 10 minutes. Stir in 1 C cheese.

3Combine bisquick, remaining cheese & cayenne in a large bowl. Stir in milk until well combined. Form dough into ball & transfer to lightly floured counter or board. Roll dough into 14" x 9" rectangle, with long sides parallel to edge of counter.

4Spread hamburger mixture evenly over dough, leaving 1/2" border on long sides. Roll into a tight log, slice into 8 servings & place cut side down in prepared baking dish. Press each pinwheel into 1" thickness. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Seperate pinwheels & serve.
