deerburger (hamburger works also)
Mix deer and 1/2c b-b-q sauce
On cutting board cut bacon in half. Lay on board
Using a Jerky Gun using flat attachment squeeze layer of deer over half piece of bacon. Repeat until gone
Roll bacon and put on wood stick.
Place on Pre-heated grill on high. Grill until bacon is rendered and crisp. Brush with b-b-q sauce on all sides last 10 min.
When deer is done remove from heat. Can be put in slow-cooker.
