Grilled Deer Roll-Ups

- 3 lb
- deerburger (hamburger works also)
- 3 pkg
- smoked bacon
- 1 bottle
- b-b-q sauce
1Mix deer and 1/2c b-b-q sauce
2On cutting board cut bacon in half. Lay on board
3Using a Jerky Gun using flat attachment squeeze layer of deer over half piece of bacon. Repeat until gone
4Roll bacon and put on wood stick.
5Place on Pre-heated grill on high. Grill until bacon is rendered and crisp. Brush with b-b-q sauce on all sides last 10 min.
6When deer is done remove from heat. Can be put in slow-cooker.
