cabbage , chopped
uncooked rice (i use minute rice)
salt and pepper to taste
1Melt butter in skillet, layer cabbage, uncooked rice, onion, raw crumbled hamburger, salt and pepper, then tomatoes and minced garlic. Cover with lid and simmer 25-40 minutes until rice, cabbage and burger are done. Do not stir or lift lid until done.
