Ingredients For garlic and rosemary steak

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 csoy sauce

1/4 cbalsamic or red wine vinegar

8 ozgarlic cloves, minced

4 tspdried rosemary, crushed

3.5 lb2 inch thick top sirloin steak
How To Make garlic and rosemary steak

1Combine first five ingredients, pour into a liquid tight container or plastic bag, then add steak.

2Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

3Bring steak to room temperature.

4Preheat broiler 5 minutes.

5Remove steak from marinade and pat dry.

6Transfer marinade to heavy saucepan.

7Broil steak to desired doneness, about 10 minutes per side for rare (125 degrees.)

8Transfer to platter.

9Let stand 10 minutes.

10Bring marinade to a boil.

11Thinly slice steak across grain.

12Arrange on platter.

13Serve, passing marinade separately.
