Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 dash(es)
onion powder
1/4 c
cheese, grated
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
oregano
1 Tbsp
parsley
1 dash(es)
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together and form balls.

Coat a large skillet with non-stick olive oil spray.

Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes or until nice and brown.

Store in an airtight container & refrigerator until ready to use, or drop immediately into tomato sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
