1Soak the bread crumbs in the milk.
2Combine meats, onions and parsley.
3Add bread, egg, salt and pepper. Chill.
4Form into small balls and roll in flour.
5Brown on all sides in fry pan.
6Sauce: 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 cups consomme, parsley, thyme and bay leaf.
7Melt butter, stir in flour and then add consomme and seasonings.
8Stir until thickens and add meatballs, simmer for 20 minutes.
